I was a weekend warrior at best and my health showed it. I weighed over 210 lbs, my waste line was expanding, my blood pressure and stress were up, and my cholesterol put me in the “at-risk” range for a heart attack. Exercise and athleticism were not in my vocabulary! That all changed in April 2009 when I began my journey at Langley Bootcamps. Since then, I’ve lost 40 lbs, and my blood pressure and cholesterol have normalized (so much so my doctor called it “amazing”). My stress is down, my happiness is WAY up and my strength is at a level I never thought possible. What’s more I’ve done so in an amazing atmosphere.I’m an athlete now and I owe this to Langley Bootcamp, Coach Clarke and all the great friends I’ve made. This training has changed my life profoundly and will change yours too – all you have to do is walk through the door
